Cabbage Soup
Oil fried onions and sausage slices, soup base seasoned with ground red pepper, sprinkled with flour, after frying the roux covered preferably with smoked broth, soup supplemented with chopped cabbage, potatoes, mushrooms and spices, simmered until all ingredients are softened, finally softened with cream.

Procedure:

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, then add the sliced sausage and fry it
2. Then remove from the heat, add the paprika and stir
3. Put back, sprinkle with flour and fry to a roux
4. Pour in the broth and stir well, throw in the chopped cabbage, mushrooms and potatoes, season, salt and cook until tender
5. Add cream to the soup and heat through
6. Season with salt and pepper, do not acidify, even if we wanted to, this soup should taste different than cabbage soup.
