Cabbage salad with olives

Cabbage mixed with onions, apples, grape compote, olives …

Ingredients:

For 100 g cabbage: 40 g of grape compote 30 g apple 20 g onion 15 g oliv 10 g oil green parsley

Procedure:

1. Cut the sterilized cabbage and onion into small pieces
2. Add the grape compote, finely chopped, cleaned, pitted apples and pitted lead
3. Mix, add olive or sunflower oil, mix again
4. Garnish with green parsley and apple pieces.
