An old Czech recipe for using dried mushrooms. In the original recipe there were groats, which are replaced by buckwheat in this recipe. The rolls are additionally wrapped in English bacon.

Procedure:
Simmer the cabbage leaves briefly with boiling water, drain
Pre-soak the dried mushrooms and chop finely
.Fry chopped onion in lard, add bacon cubes, let them brown, add chopped mushrooms, season with salt, cumin, simmer until soft
Mix cooked buckwheat with mushrooms, season with grated garlic, marjoram, salt, pepper
Stir in the mushrooms./li>
Layer the kale leaves with the prepared mixture, roll up the rolls, bend the ends and wrap with slices of English bacon
Place the rolls in a baking dish, add a tablespoon of lard, pour a little water, salt and pepper the rolls on the surface, sprinkle with chopped onion, place in a preheated oven, bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes
Serve the hot rolls with, for example, boiled potatoes, topped with onion juice.
