Cabbage Pancakes
Grated potatoes mixed with boiled cabbage, cubes of smoked meat, egg, breadcrumbs and spices, fried in lard until golden brown, served preferably with chalamade.

Procedure:
1. Grate the potatoes, let them stand for a while, then drain the water from them, boil the kale in slightly salted water for a while
2. Stir in the cooked, drained and chopped cabbage, smoked meat cut into cubes into the prepared potatoes
3. Add eggs, salt, pepper and thicken with breadcrumbs, mix everything thoroughly
4. Form pancakes which we wrap in breadcrumbs and bake in hot lard
5. Serve both hot and cold, for example with chalamade.
