1 kg white cabbage to taste salt, ground black pepper 2 tbsp lukewarm water 30 g yeast 1 KL sugar 500 g semi-coarse flour a little oil
procedure
1. Grate or finely chop the cabbage. Prepare the sourdough starter from the water, sugar and yeast. 2. Mix the cabbage with the flour and sourdough and knead into a stiffer dough. Leave to rise for 30 minutes. 3. Put a spoonful of the cabbage mixture into the hot oil and fry it on both sides until golden brown.
