Cabbage Cuttings

Cooked, steamed kale, mixed with eggs and grated bread. The mixture prepared in this way, coated in triple coating and fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

500 g of cappuccino 150 g shredded buns 30 g butter 20 g onions 1 pcs eggs green parsley flour, egg and breadcrumbs for coating fat for frying water

Procedure:

1. Boil the cleaned cabbage in salted water for about 15 minutes, then mince or finely chop the cooked cabbage
2. Fry the chopped onion in the fat, add the cabbage, add salt and pepper, pour in the cabbage broth and simmer until soft
3. To the stewed and cooled cabbage add eggs, grated breadcrumbs and chopped green parsley
4. Form the mixture into oval, about 1.5 cm thick slices, which we coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs

Recommendation:

Serve the cabbage cuttings with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
