Cabbage Chevabcici II

Cooked cabbage minced on a meat grinder together with mutton or pork, mixed with eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic and spices, finally fried in the shape of cones in hot oil, served preferably with potatoes, tartar sauce and cucumber salad.

Ingredients:

1 piece of medium-sized kale 300 g of lump or pork 2 pcseggs 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc larger onions pinch of marjoram frying oil breadcrumbs water

Procedure:

1. Boil the cleaned kale in salted water for a while, then grind it together with the meat in a meat grinder
2. Add the peeled, finely chopped onion, garlic rubbed with salt, spices, eggs and thicken the mixture with a little breadcrumbs if necessary

Recommendation:

The best side dish is boiled potatoes served with tartar sauce and cucumber salad. Garnish the chivabcici with sliced onions.
