Cabbage and carrot pancakes

300 g sauerkraut 2 pcs carrots 4 pcs egg 1 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp ground black pepper 5 tbsp flour

Clean and grate the carrots and onions

Add pressed garlic, cabbage and eggs (add the number of eggs depending on how juicy your cabbage is – from 2 to 4 pieces)

Add flour (about 5 tbsp) at the end – you need to have a thick hard paste. If the Vegetable Recipes absorb more flour, feel free to add a tablespoon or two more 🙂

Take a spoon from the mass and form pancakes on the pan. Bake on both sides and put the finished pancakes on napkins to defrost.
