Cabbage and bean soup with sausage

ingredients

700 g sauerkraut 1 pk onion 400 g sterilized white beans 4 cloves garlic 200 g pork 2 pk sausage 2 pk bay leaf oil ground red pepper salt ground black pepper magi pepper

Excellent cabbage soup with white beans.

1.

Fry the onion in the lard, add the chopped meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Then add the minced red pepper, chopped garlic, sausage and the canned beans that we rinsed under water. Sauté for another 5 minutes on low heat before adding the drained sauerkraut.

Pour the juice from the sauerkraut over everything and top up with water (about 1.5 litres).

Add 2 bay leaves, 1 whole sausage and cook on a gentle heat for 1 hour. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
