Buttery yeast dough.

ingredients
250 g semi-coarse flour 500 g plain flour 250 g melted butter 2 pcs egg 2 tbsp Pr. sugar 2 tsp salt 3 dl milk 40 g fresh yeast 1 pk oil and egg for rubbing
step
1.
Make a sourdough starter with a little milk, sugar and yeast. Grind the flour with the butter, then add the beaten egg. Add the risen sourdough starter, sifted icing sugar and pour in the milk. Quickly work out the dough. Make the dough into a loaf, place on a floured board, cover and let rest for at least 1 hour.
2.
Then shape the dough into 2 or 4 smaller loaves. (In my case 2 larger ones). If you want an oblong roll, roll the dough into a rectangle, fill and roll into a horseshoe shape. If smaller, roll flat.
3.
Place on a greased baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and let rise for 1 hour. Before placing in the oven, prick the sides with a fork to prevent cracking and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20-25 min. Do not open the oven door.
4.
Good taste!
