Butternut Gratin
Butternut gratin recipe, is a good light dish, easy and simple to make and perfect for a fall lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 5 SP / Person – 600 g Butternut squash flesh 1 onion 200 g low-fat cream 5% 100 g cottage cheese 0% 1 tablespoon olive oil 40 g grated Parmesan salt, pepper Preparation of the gratin:
Start by peeling the onion, then chop it, then heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Cut the butternut squash flesh into pieces then cook it in the pan for 15 minutes.
Add the cream, salt and pepper, stir and let it fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour your preparation into a gratin dish then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 200°.
Then serve your butternut gratin hot with a meat dish for a complete meal.
