Crisp pumpkin or cabbage sauteed in butter.

Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned handkerchiefs into thin rounds
2. Salt them, put them in a colander, weigh them down and let them drain
3. After a while, dry them and sauté them in melted butter until tender
4. Season them with finely chopped parsley, chives and lemon juice.
