Burnt wreaths

ingredients

3,75 dl water 150 g palmarin 300 g plain flour 1 pinch salt 6 pcs egg

Filling

430 ml milk 1 packet Golden cob to taste sugar to taste butter

1.

Cesto. Stir quickly so it doesn’t burn. Then stir in 6 eggs. Make wreaths over the bag and put in to bake.

Filling. Let cool. Add butter and sugar to the cooled pudding.

Slice the bundt cakes and fill with the custard. Sprinkle with icing sugar. I make a pink sugar glaze (powdered sugar, egg white, red food coloring – mix).
