Burgundy Mushrooms

A warm appetizer of sauteed mushrooms with herbs, onions, ham and garlic, infused with red wine, marinated, baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

400 g of cleaned mushrooms with undeveloped caps 125 g of cooked and then smoked ham cut into strips 1,5 dl red wine 1 pk garlic clove 1 pc larger onion 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp of dried herb mixture or a handful of fresh pepper

Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, in slightly hot oil, fry finely chopped onion and garlic, fry for 3-4 minutes
2. Add the sliced mushrooms, ham, herbs (fresh finely chopped) and red wine, season the ingredients with salt and pepper to taste, once the mixture starts to boil in the pot, remove the pot from the heat source and let the contents marinate for 30 minutes
3. Transfer the dish to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for about 15 minutes.

Recommendation:

Serve preferably with fresh bread.
