Burgers on wine

Baked on onion base with peppers and red wine mixed with ketchup, sprinkled with chopped leeks.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the sausages on the surface with a sharp knife into a checkerboard pattern (cut about 2/
3 surfaces, leaving the sausages smooth on one side)
2. Cut the washed peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds, cut them and the peeled onion into rounds and spread them on the bottom of a smaller baking dish
3. Place the sausages on top of the pans, cut side up, close to each other, pour ketchup mixed with red wine and lightly pepper
4. Place in the oven and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce from the baking dish
5. Serve sprinkled with sliced leeks and fresh bread or baguette.
