Burger with grilling meat

130 g ground beef 1 tbsp oil 1 fresh pineapple 1 pk large wholemeal bun 1 tbsp Hellmann’s tartar sauce 1 handful chopped leaf lettuce 1 red onion 1 pinch salt 1 pinch pepper

A chutney for every connoisseur.
1. Season the meat and knead to a spreadable consistency. Form into a patty about 1.5 cm thin and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. 2. Fry the meat on both sides on a hot grill or in a hot pan with a little oil, let rest for about 3 minutes and then season with salt. Meanwhile, fry the pineapple rings in the meat fat or on the grill. Season lightly with salt. 3. Cut the pineapple in half and grill both sides of the pineapple. 4. Spread half a tablespoon of Hell-mann's Tartar Sauce on the bottom, arrange the lettuce, place the meat, the other half of Hellmann's Tartar Sauce, the grilled pineapple, chopped red onion and cover with the crispy “top” of the bun.
