Spring appetizer for free moments.
1. Cut the onion into thin slices, season with salt and slowly fry in the hot oil until caramel-golden in colour and softened. Then add the sugar and sauté until the sugar dissolves. Pour in the vinegar and allow it to evaporate thoroughly and remove from the heat. The onions will have the consistency of jam. Leave to cool slightly. 2. Season the meat and knead to a spreadable consistency. Form into a patty about 1,5 cm thin and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. 3. Sear the meat on both sides on a hot grill or in a hot pan with a little oil, place the slices of camembert on top and place under the grill for a moment to melt the cheese. 4. Slice the bread in half and grill the two parts on both sides. 5. Spread half a tablespoon of Hellmann’s Tartar Sauce on the bottom, arrange the chopped lettuce, the other half of Hellmann’s Tartar Sauce, the meat and camembert, top with the caramelized onions and chips. Top with a crispy bun ‘top’.
