Chicory Salad with Dressing

Salad of chicory buds and toppings of yoghurt, mayonnaise, lemon and tangerine juice and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

several chicory buds For the dressing: 1 small jar of mayonnaise 1 cup of white unflavored yogurt 1 tsp sweet ketchup 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 garlic cloves juice from 1 tangerine or orange a few drops of maggi juice from half a lemon

Procedure:

1. Prepare the dressing; mix the yoghurt with mayonnaise, olive oil and juice of the mandarin and lemon, season with sweet ketchup, maggi and crushed garlic
2. Thoroughly drain the washed radicchio leaves, then toss them with the dressing and serve immediately.
