Burger Jamaica

ingredients

500 g ground beef 4 tbsp Colombo pepper 4 pcs bun lettuce leaves pepper mango

1 cup pineapple 1 pk jalapeño pepper 1/2 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp honey

Juicy beef in a bun spiced up with sweet pineapple sauce. Irresistible!

Mix the chopped pineapple, jalapeño peppers, onion, garlic, vinegar, salt and honey in a blender to make a mushy sauce.

Mix the ground meat with the Colombo seasoning in a bowl and form into thin patties – hamburgers – in the palms of your hands.

Bake each hamburger in a dry frying pan for about 4 minutes on both sides.

Then layer the buns – lettuce leaf, meat, sauce, a slice of peppers and a thin slice of mango.
