1/2 kg coarse flour 20 g yeast 20 g sugar 1 egg to taste salt, milk, plum jam
procedure
1. Add the yeast mixed in lukewarm milk, egg, salt, sugar to the flour and make a dough. Let it rise, put it on a floured paddle, roll it out, cut it into 16 squares. 2. Fill with plum jam, bind the dough well and put it to boil in hot water for 4 – 5 minutes. When cooked to taste, pour over butter, sprinkle with cocoa or poppy seeds.
