Bullets with apricots

100 g rolls 250 ml milk 1 tbsp melted butter 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 pk egg a little coarse flour 250 g apricots a little powdered sugar for sprinkling
procedure
1. Cut the rolls into small cubes. Dissolve the vanilla sugar and melted butter in the lukewarm milk and let the mixture cool for a while. Then pour it over the rolls and let it swell nicely. 2. Add the egg and coarse flour to the rolls to make a smooth, non-sticky dough. Wash, dry and stone the apricots. Tear off a piece of the dough, press it with your hand and wrap the apricot inside. Cook the finished balls in boiling water. 3. Serve the balls sprinkled with icing sugar, poppy seeds, nuts or breadcrumbs and topped with hot butter.
