Bulgur with Vegetable Recipes and young spring onions

ingredients

250 g bulgur 1 tbsp oil a.. ghee for frying 5 pcs fresh mushrooms (according to size) 1 pcs peppers (red, yellow) 3 pcs tomatoes 1 pcs peppers (white) 250 g broccoli 100 g sterilized corn 1 pcs zucchini (200 g) 1 pcs onion (20 g) 1 pcs young spring onion 15 g grated cheese (eidam, cheddar, emmental, …)

For an easy healthy dinner.

1.

Cook the bulgur according to the instructions.

2.

Melt 1 tbsp ghee butter in a pan , fry onion till golden then add remaining chopped Vegetable Recipes and saute till soft.

3.

Finally add the cubed cheese and young spring onions.
