4 servings 1.50 cup bulgur 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes 1 pc cucumber salad 3 pcs. 1 bunch of spring onions 1 bunch of parsley smooth lemon juice of 2 lemons olive oil salt ground pepper
Recipe preparation steps
1 Put the bulgur in a saucepan, cover with double the amount of water and bring to the boil. Boil for two minutes. Then remove from the heat and leave under the lid for 10 minutes to finish cooking.

2 Cut the tomatoes into chunks, the cucumber into small cubes, the onion into rings and chop the parsley. Shake the bulgur with a fork and mix it with the Vegetable Recipes. Season with lemon juice, one or two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
