Bulgogi – Recipeivas

Korean national dish bulgogi is a very tasty meat dish. The secret lies in the sweet marinade of the fruit. Serve the dish with noodles and a glass of red wine with fruit.
Ingredients for four
300g beef tenderloin 1 carrot 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds; 2 tsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sesame oil
Bulgogi marinade
pä 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Peel the onions, onions and ginger. Put in a chopper with the other marinade ingredients and blend until smooth.
Slice the beef very thinly. Put the beef in the marinade and place in the cupboard to marinate for about four hours.
Peel and thinly slice the carrot. Place the food in a pan and add the carrots. Add the beef strips to the pan and add the marinade.
Fry the meat quickly for a few minutes. Then pour the marinades over the meat. Allow to come to a full boil. Season with sesame seeds.
Soak the bulgogi and garnish with the toasted sesame seeds.
Soak the bulgogi in a little water.
