Bulgarian salad

ingredients

1,5 kg ripe tomatoes 1 kg red cabbage 600 g onion 2 pcs hot pepper 120 g vegetable oil 80 g vinegar 20 g salt

Excellent spicy salad:))

Slice the tomatoes, cook until the skin starts to separate. Strain and add other ingredients.

Remove the peppers from the cores and cut into slices, also the onion. Remove the peppercorns and cut into smaller pieces. Add oil, vinegar, salt and cook for 45 minutes.

Place still hot in clean heated jars. Close with lid, turn upside down for 5 minutes and store in a blanket to cool. This batch makes 5 jars of approximately 400 ml. It is delicious! Enjoy!
