Bulgarian Salad

Simple salad of green peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, oil and cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

250 g of green peppers 250 g of tomatoes 200 g of cottage cheese 150 g of salad pickles 60 g oil 1 pc larger onion ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the green peppers into strips
2. Slice the washed tomatoes and salad cucumber
3. Add the finely chopped onion
4. Toss the Vegetable Recipes, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper
5. After mixing again, let the salad rest in the fridge
6. Before serving, sprinkle each portion with coarsely grated cottage cheese.
