Sliced lettuce leaves mixed with dressing prepared from oil, vinegar and hard-boiled eggs.

1. In a deeper bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of oil with mustard, dilute with a teaspoon of vinegar and add chopped, hard-boiled eggs to this dressing
