Buffalo Wings

There are several versions of the recipe for the famous Buffalo chicken wings, as well as several recipes. Here is one of them.

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of chicken wings 5 tablespoonstabasca 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp white wine vinegar freshly ground black pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Break the rinsed, drained chicken wings into two pieces at the joint (those who don’t like it can remove the pointy ends of the wings)
2. Pepper, salt and pepper the meat and fry them in a large amount of oil (ideally in a deep fryer) until they are golden in colour and crispy
3. Heat the butter in a larger pan, add the Tabasco and wine vinegar, stir the mixture well and pour it carefully over the fried wings
4. Serve hot wings immediately preferably with fresh bread and spicy cold sauces or dips.
