Buckwheat patties with bear garlic spinach

Fried patties made of cooked buckwheat, eggs, milk and flour, seasoned with chopped chives. Served with bear garlic spinach and garnished with sour cream.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs with a fork with the milk and plain flour, prepare the batter as for pancakes, stir in the cooked buckwheat and chopped chives
2. If necessary, thicken with flour or dilute with milk, salt and pepper
3. Bake the mixture in a pancake pan
4. Saute chopped bear garlic in butter, season with salt
5. Brush the fritters with bear garlic spinach, garnish with a dollop of sour cream and serve.
