Homemade blackcurrant jam from the garden for healthy buckwheat flour pancakes. This is a great treat for kids and adults alike.
1. Using flour, milk and eggs, make pancake batter and beat well with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt. Stir the grated apple into the batter.
