Buckwheat-oat porridge with cashew nuts and plums

ingredients

200 g prunes 1/2 cup buckwheat 1 cup flakes 1 handful dandelion 1 handful cashew nuts 1 tbsp honey 1 pk banana

Healthy breakfast is a prerequisite for a good day 😉

Rinse the banana several times in water and put in a bowl with the flakes and the kustomnice. Pour water up to the brim and leave to soak overnight (8-12 hours)

Then chop prunes, add cashew nuts with honey and finally mashed banana. Stir and serve. Enjoy!
