500 g cottage cheese 400 g semi-coarse flour 200 g buckwheat flour 2 pcs egg 1 tbsp oil pcs salt,chives
procedure
Mix both flours, combine with 1 egg, oil, salt and enough water to make a noodle dough. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with the egg, salt and chopped chives. Roll out the dough, cut into squares, fill with the filling, fold over the edges. Cook the pierogi in salted water.
