Bublanina with berries (mug)

3 cups semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar 3/4 cube palmarin 3 pcs eggs 1/2 cup milk fruit

A fluffy bubble with sweet fruit is always a delight:

Place the flour, baking powder, granulated sugar , vanillin sugar and palmarin in a bowl. Work everything together with the palms of your hands until smooth. Set one handful aside as a crumble. Add the eggs and milk to the rest and mix with a whisk

Pour the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet (large). Place the fruit on the dough as desired. This time I put everything I had at home (red and black currants, jost, gooseberries, raspberries and blueberries).

Place in a preheated oven at 190°C. Take out when about half-baked and sprinkle with the fine crumble we set aside. Return the cake to the oven and finish baking.
