Bublanina of summer sweet and sour red fruit

500 g semi-coarse flour 350 g powdered sugar 4 pk egg 1 pk Dr.Oetker vanillin sugar 1 pk Dr.Oetker baking powder baking soda 150 ml vegetable oil 350 ml cold milk grapes, currants, cherries, sour cherries, choke cherries, strawberries, strawberries,….

Suitable for any occasion.

1.

Beat whole eggs with sugar, add oil, milk, flour. Mix everything together well.

Add baking powder, baking soda, vanillin sugar. Mix everything together well again.

Pour the batter onto the floured baking sheet, spread it evenly.

Place the summer red sweet and sour fruits on the dough, quantity to taste. You can use fresh or frozen fruit.

Bake the cake at 190°-200°C.

TIPS. We do not use powdered sugar, but we make a crumb topping on the raw dough(4-5 tbsp coarse flour, 5-6 tbsp granulated sugar, 100 g cold butter) and bake the cake with the crumb topping.
