2 cups choice flour 1 packet baking powder 1 cup warm milk 1 packet golden cob 1 cup granulated sugar 2 pcs of homemade eggs 1 dl oil cinnamon ground Fruit, pudding

This cake is good for every day, my grandmother taught me how to make it as it’s a simple recipe and tastes great. I learned to bake it when I was a little girl and it was my first cake. In the summer you can add lots of fruit and in the winter, for example, pudding as you can see in the photo.

Mix all the ingredients except the fruit, pudding together and pour on the baking sheet.

Pour the pudding on top and arrange the fruit (according to taste).

It is a good idea to put baking paper on the baking tray or lightly oil and sprinkle with coarse flour.

Bake.
