Brynzové gnocchi

Mixed gnocchi made of potatoes and flour, cooked, strained, served mixed with bryndza, sprinkled with cooked bacon.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grate the peeled potatoes finely, add the semi-coarse flour, salt and knead a thick dough and let it rest for a while
2. Bring the salted water to the boil, put a piece of dough in a special colander and push them into the water over the boiling water with a cooker, cook for about 3 minutes until they float to the surface, then remove them, rinse with cold water and let them drain
3. In a casserole or deeper pan, cook the diced smoked bacon, then set the bacon pieces aside and add the gnocchi to the fat, stir and warm them in the fat over a low heat
4. Remove the gnocchi from the heat, mix thoroughly with the bryndza, divide them on plates, sprinkle with the cooked bacon pieces and garnish with finely chopped chives.
