Brynzové dumplings with bacon

Britz dumplings and other ingredients, cooked in salted water, served with melted bacon.

Ingredients:

250 g of bryndza 150 ggrits 100 g strouhanky 100 g of bacon 2 pcs of egg water salt

Procedure:

1. 1. put the crushed bryndza, semolina, breadcrumbs, eggs into a bowl and work into a stiffer dough, from which you can form dumplings the size of a walnut
2. cook the prepared dumplings in slightly salted water for about 10 minutes, take them out when ready, let them drain thoroughly, then divide them on plates
