Bryndzovník with sausage

ingredients

350 g semi-coarse flour 200 ml milk 1/2 cube yeast 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 tsp salt dill 3 tbsp oil 1 pk egg 2 pk sausages 2 pk bacon 2 pk onions bacon 200 g bryndza 250 g sour cream 3 tbsp butter grated eidam

When we checked in with my grandparents, there were always desserts and savoury bryndzovnik – the best in the world. 🙂

1.

From milk, sugar, yeast we prepare a sourdough starter. Pour it into the flour, add oil, egg, salt and knead. Let rise.

Fry the sausage and bacon in a frying pan,

Fry the onion in the fat and leave to cool.

Place the bryndza, grated eidam, butter and sour cream in a bowl. Stir, add the egg, salt and dill.

Place the dough on a greased – floured baking tray, wait 10min.

crumb stuffing and bake at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
