Quick soup made from boiled potatoes, crumbled bryndza and fried onions seasoned with red ground paprika and covered with water.

Procedure:
1. Fry finely chopped onion in fat, add ground pepper and stir, pour hot water (2-3 dcl)
2. Add the peeled potatoes cut into cubes and cooked until tender, season with salt
3. Crumble the bryndza into a plate and pour it over the soup, season with green parsley or chives.
Recommendation:
Serve with bread.
