Bryndza spread with walnuts

250 g sheep’s bryndza 100% 140 g Greek yoghurt white 2 pcs spring onion young spring onion with sprig cumin crushed, paprika red pepper ground, black pepper ground, salt 1 handful walnuts

An unconventional crispy bryndza spread with walnuts, Greek yogurt and spring onions.

Peel the walnuts and spring onions finely chopped. Cut the scallions into strips.

Place the bryndza in a bowl, add the thick white Greek yoghurt, season with crushed cumin, ground red pepper and pepper. If necessary, add more salt and mix or whisk thoroughly. Finally, stir in the chopped spring onions and walnuts by hand.

Spread on wholemeal bread. Sprinkle with the spring onions and garnish with walnuts. Enjoy!
