Bryndza pancakes: delicate potato, bryndza and cheese loaves

3 cups mashed potatoes 1 cup bryndza 1 cup hard cheese 1 pk chopped onion 1 pk egg (yolk and white) 3 tbsp plain flour to taste salt, pepper oil for brushing

Simple use of mashed potatoes and leftover brisket.

Mix everything together.

Add flour as needed to make the dough thicker and make it into pancakes.

Coat the pancakes in flour and fry until golden.
