Bryndza cake

100 g plain flour 250 g bryndza 150 g ham 150 g corn 1 pk small red onion 1 handful chopped young onion 4 pk egg 4 tbsp water 4 tbsp olive oil fresh (frozen) dill ground red pepper

Fantastic savoury pie:

Crumble the bryndza into the bowl and fluff it up with a fork. Chop the ham and onion finely and add to the bryndza. Add the other ingredients. Season the mixture with dill and paprika.

Place baking paper on a baking tray and spread the bryndza mixture in a circle. Two round cakes will come out.

You can also make it into a rectangular shape when you spread it over the whole baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

After baking, allow to cool slightly and cut.
