Brussels sprouts and bacon steak

Bacon and Brussels sprouts steak is an easy-to-make Central European treat for those who haven’t yet discovered the delicacy of Brussels sprouts.
Ingredients for four
300g 400g Brussels sprouts 120g bacon 1 dl cream 1 tsp honey 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 sprigs of rosemary salt and pepper
Peel the Brussels sprouts; trim the stems and remove the outer leaves. Split the Brussels sprouts and bring to the boil in a pot of water with 2 teaspoons of salt. Boil for 5 minutes, pour off the water and cool.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and place in a cold pan. Start to heat until the bacon is crispy.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and cook until crispy. Pour the cream and apple cider vinegar into the pan. Season with honey, rosemary and pepper. Bring to a rapid boil. Serve the Brussels sprouts and bacon steak with good bread.
