Bruschetta with tomatoes II.

There is power in simplicity, which is also confirmed by the following recipe – crispy bruschetta with tomatoes scented with basil and garlic. Although the tomatoes are baked here, do not underestimate their taste. The best ones are either from the garden or awarded quality labels (e.g. Klasa).

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 servings: 4 pieces thick slices of white bread 4 pieceslarge tomatoes 1 pc garlic cloves basil seeds olive oil pepper salt Other: baking paper

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and spread the breads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper

Drizzle the breads with oil, salt and pepper

Place in the oven and bake until golden brown

.Cut the tomatoes into as small cubes as possible, add the chopped basil and season with salt and pepper, mix

Spread the hot breads with garlic and cover with the tomato mixture

Before serving, drizzle with a little oil and garnish with basil leaves.
