Bruschetta with bacon and pepper mixture

Baked slices of Italian bread covered with bacon-pepper mixture and garnished with basil leaves.

Procedure:
1. Wash the peppers, dry them, put them whole on the grill, when the skin starts to brown put them in a microtene bag, let them steam for a while, then peel off the skins, remove the stems and seeds and cut them into cubes
2. Fry the diced bacon in hot oil, then put the bacon on a paper towel to drain off the excess fat
3. Place the roasted diced peppers in a bowl, add the finely chopped basil, season with wine vinegar, two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, ground pepper and finally stir in the roasted bacon
4. Cut the ciabatta into slices, drizzle with olive oil and grill on both sides
5. Layer the bacon-pepper mixture on the toasted ciabatta, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
