Bruschetta baked with sausage and cheese

Flatbreads drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with herb salt, first baked in the oven, then rubbed with garlic and garnished with sausage and cheese, finally baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

1 piece long white lids 2-3 pcs garlic cloves 1/2 tsp of celery salt extra virgin olive oil For garnish (example): hard cheese wheels of salami slices of cured ham thyme sprigs, arugula leaves

Procedure:

  • Slice the beetroot diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick, arrange them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with herb salt.
  • On the baking sheet, toast the baguette slices in the oven ideally under the grill until golden brown, then rub the slices with garlic, garnish with sausage and cheese.
  • Place the baking sheet back in the oven and bake the bruschetti.
  • Serve both hot and cold, accompanied by fresh sprigs of thyme and arugula leaves.
