procedure
1. Cut the baguette into rounds, brush it a little with oil and fry it in a pan until crispy. 2. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, drizzle them with oil, add the basil leaves and the pressed garlic. Season the mixture with salt, mix lightly and layer on the crispy baguettes. 3. Serve immediately, you can also add mozzarella or Balkan cheese.
