Brownies

Soft dessert full of chocolate and walnuts. Recipe from USA.

Ingredients:

250 g dark chocolate 210 g butter 180 g butter chopped walnuts 100 g

td>smooth flour 100 g sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 5 pcs eggplant pinch of salt

Procedure:

1. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt in a water bath
2. Mix the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and chopped nuts
3. Beat the softened butter with the sugar to a thick foam
4. Gradually stir all the egg yolks into the melted chocolate, alternately adding the flour mixture and the butter foam in batches
5. Finally, lightly fold in the stiff egg white mixture and a pinch of salt
6. Spread the batter on a taller baking tray lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 170 °C, bake for about 20 minutes
