Brown brown sugar crêpe recipe
Last Updated on
This is a good, sweet brown sugar grouping rub that you’ll need with little prep time. Of course, you can adjust the heat with hot or lightly chilli powder. It’s one of my favorites and we’ll make sure it gets yours too.
What you need
1/2 cup/120 ml brown sugar 1/3 cup/80 ml salt (sea or kosher) 1/3 cup/80 ml paprika 1/3 cup/80 ml chili powder (choose hot or light powder depending on your taste)
How to make it
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Firmly place the cap evenly on the bib 30-40 minutes before smoking. Wrap in plastic wrap or place in a large plastic bag and let stand at room temperature. This rub can be stored in an airtight container for several days, but after a week or two the brown sugar will begin to crystallize.
