Broth with noodles

750 g beef 250 g bones 2 liters water 80 g mixed root Vegetable Recipes to taste salt, onion, whole black pepper

1. Wash the meat, add the bones and cover with water. Bring slowly to the boil. After boiling for an hour, add the cleaned Vegetable Recipes, onion, whole black pepper, salt and cook slowly covered. 2. Strain the cooked soup. Divide the noodles into plates and pour the hot broth over them.
